The theme contains few elements at the homepage which you may be interested to configure. 

The main slider is using the SwiperSlider plugin. How to use this plugin you may find here. 

This section using the topic feature. If you have installed the ThemeDivide widget, you will have installed and configured a topic with the system name "bannerSlider". 

That section is very easy to be configured. Just define which products should be visible on the home page.
